About the Role
Ready to help shape the future of home lending?
We’re looking for a commercially minded Product Manager, Acquisition and Propositions to turn customer, broker and market insights into compelling home lending experiences that deliver meaningful and sustainable growth.
Working closely with the Senior Manager Home Loan Acquisition and Propositions, you’ll translate our home lending priorities into differentiated propositions, pricing initiatives, campaigns and channel activity. You’ll own and deliver assigned initiatives across broker, proprietary and partnership channels, balancing customer needs with commercial performance, risk and regulatory requirements.
From concept through to implementation, you’ll coordinate scope, milestones, governance, dependencies and stakeholder decisions to deliver agreed outcomes. Drawing on customer research, competitor intelligence and portfolio performance, you’ll identify opportunities to strengthen our propositions, improve the quality and sustainability of acquisition and create better outcomes for customers and brokers.
This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll partner across Product, Distribution, Marketing, Digital, Data, Finance, Treasury, Operations, Technology, Legal, Risk and Compliance.
Whether you’re developing a business case, assessing pricing and margin impacts, shaping and delivering a campaign or reviewing performance, you’ll provide clear insights and practical recommendations that turn ideas into measurable outcomes.
If you enjoy working at the intersection of customer insight, commercial strategy and delivery, this is an opportunity to influence how home lending propositions are designed, delivered and experienced.
About You
You’re an experienced product, acquisition, proposition or portfolio professional with a strong understanding of banking or financial services.
Experience within home lending, retail lending or a related retail banking portfolio will be highly regarded, along with sound knowledge of lending products, distribution, marketing and digital strategies.
Commercially curious and analytically strong, you’re comfortable working with pricing, margin, funding, cost, portfolio mix, conversion and acquisition performance.
You can interpret customer, broker, competitor and channel insights, translate complex information into clear recommendations and make considered decisions that balance growth, customer outcomes and risk.
You bring the confidence to lead through influence across diverse stakeholder groups and the discipline to drive initiatives through business cases, governance, implementation readiness and post-implementation review.
You communicate clearly, manage competing priorities effectively and maintain attention to detail in a fast-moving environment.
Most importantly, you’ll bring a proactive, collaborative and curious mindset.
You’re willing to challenge conventional thinking, step outside your comfort zone and turn opportunities into practical, compliant and customer-focused solutions.
