Eli Lilly Italia is looking for a motivated and proactive Finance Analytics Intern to join the Manufacturing Finance department at our Sesto Fiorentino manufacturing site. This six-month extracurricular internship offers the opportunity to develop technical and business skills in a dynamic, international environment, supporting Finance operations on site

.

The Manufacturing Finance team supports site operations through cost control, cost analysis, investment management, and the development of digital tools that improve decision-making. The intern will be exposed to strategic projects and cross-functional collaboration, working closely with international teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Professional Services Tracking: Develop and maintain monitoring tools for service-related spending, and periodically update reports and datasets.
• Cost Controlling for Capital Projects: Monitor project costs, carry out variance analysis, and support potential applications for public funding.
• Capitalization Forms Process: Collect, organize, and verify the data needed for investment requests, and prepare documentation that supports managerial decision-making.
• Digital Tools and Power BI: Update existing reporting tools and support the design and implementation of new digital solutions (dashboards, automations, data models).

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or Mathematics
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving attitude
• Passion for digital technologies and AI
  

The internship includes a monthly allowance of €1300, along with free access to the company cafeteria and canteen.
