Head of Marketing

About the Role

Customers should find VISIT wherever they look: in search, in AI assistants, on review sites and in the communities they trust. As Head of Marketing, reporting to our VP GTM Strategy and Partnerships, you lead marketing across our Nordic and European markets and beyond, including our largest customers, and turn our marketing plan into predictable pipeline in every market. It's a role for a builder who wants to shape how marketing drives growth, not maintain what already exists.

What You Will Do

• Lead the marketing team and own the marketing budget, forecasting and resource planning
  

• Shape our narrative, positioning and brand together with the VP GTM Strategy and Partnerships
  

• Make VISIT the name customers find in search, AI assistants and review sites, through reviews, citable content and GEO
  

• Own marketing's pipeline contribution per market across new business, upsell and cross-sell, including account-based marketing for our largest customers
  

• Partner with Product on launches from day one, and grow our existing customer base through in-product communication and customer marketing
  

• Build co-marketing with partners and resellers, and bring customers and partners together through events and community

Who You Are

• You have 7+ years of marketing leadership experience in B2B SaaS, across sales-led and self-serve motions
  

• You have run demand generation and ABM in mid-market and enterprise sales cycles in a scale-up, not only in large companies, and you own a pipeline number, reporting on pipeline and revenue rather than activity
  

• You have built and coached a team through change, and you lead through influence: you align Sales, Product and Customer Success behind one plan and hold your own point of view
  

• You are hands-on with AI in marketing: search visibility, content production and measurement
  

• You have taken a B2B software company through a similar growth journey before, and you bring calm authority and good judgment when not all the data is in
  

• You hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics or another relevant field. Industry experience from hospitality or travel is a plus, as is experience with partner marketing, the Nordic and other European markets, or HubSpot
  

• English proficiency, minimum B1 level, is required for this role.

Location & Ways of Working

We're looking for someone based in Sweden, ideally in Gothenburg where most of the team sits, or in Stockholm. We work hybrid.
