We're excited to introduce a hands-on internship at the heart of our Munich service center. 

You will work on-site and help keep our service operations running smoothly. Curious what this is all about? Let's dive right in:

• Conduct regular analysis of invoicing and overall operational performance, and support management reporting.
• Support the preparation and processing of service-related invoices, including PI and CI documentation.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders regarding invoicing, payment status, and required documentation.
• Support Accounts Receivable (AR) management, including payment follow-up and overdue tracking.
• Review historical contracts and service records to identify and follow up on outstanding invoicing topics.
• Support continuous improvement of related processes and data quality. Organize and maintain business and operational documentation, ensuring clear structure, accessibility, and consistency.
• Provide general operational and coordination support to the team as required.

Your profile

Holy moly that sounds exciting, doesn't it? Now, we want You, to feel challenged, to be confronted with nowadays technical frontiers, myths and wonders. Therefore, your background should be like this:

• Detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers and different stakeholders.
• Currently studying Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with Excel and operational data.
• Good attention to detail, especially when handling contracts, financial data, and documentation.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, invoicing, or finance-related systems is a plus.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
