Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementations and support engagements.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion solutions.
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion Financial modules including: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Fixed Assets (FA) Cash Management (CM) Expense Management Tax Management Financial Reporting Center (FRC)
• Design Chart of Accounts, Accounting Hub, Subledger Accounting (SLA), and financial controls.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, conversions, and extensions.
• Prepare functional specifications and review technical design documents.
• Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRP), SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, and post-production stabilization.
• Provide solution recommendations aligned with Oracle leading practices.
• Mentor junior consultants and act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders.
