As a Business Analyst+Guidewire - Manager you will lead client-focused data and analytics engineering work, shaping data solutions that transform raw data into actionable insights and support Guidewire-related delivery across client engagements within our Advisory practice. As a Manager you will guide teams, coach junior professionals, manage workstreams, and use judgment to address complex issues while aligning delivery with client needs, timelines, and PwC quality expectations. In this role at PwC, you will help design and build data pipelines, integration flows, and transformation solutions, while applying technology and innovation to strengthen delivery and support business decision-making.

Responsibilities

- Leading data engineering workstreams for Guidewire-related client engagements and coordinating delivery across teams
- Managing planning, budgeting, execution, and completion of data modernization projects
- Guiding the design and build of data pipelines, data integration processes, and data transformation solutions
- Reviewing data architecture, data modeling, and data warehouse approaches to support scalable platforms
- Directing the use of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Snowflake in client solutions
- Validating data quality, data validation, and data security practices across development activities
- Mentoring team members, coaching performance, and using work reviews to develop technical skills
- Addressing delivery issues, project risks, and stakeholder concerns across complex client environments

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
