PURPOSE
This position will be responsible of developing and implementing strategic plan for agency management and expansion of AD+ model.
KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES
- Act as management consultant to agency leaders, give advices to improve agency management activities
- Provide support to FWD/FWM (agency leaders) to formulate yearly planning and monitor through regular review
- Make sure the effective training and development programs for agency under job holder’s responsibilities, partnering together with Agency Academy.
- Run agency approved contests and within assigned budget
- Coordinate between agency force and various administration departments to ensure company objectives being adhered to
- Recommend product changes/improvement and/or addition to Product Head
- Interact as needed with heads of supporting department such as underwriting, Policy services, CRM, Claims, Finance...
- Manage the succession planning of the responsible area by reviewing and identifying potential successors, further to implement training and development activities to ensure the succession planning is effective
- Support the department head in other tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- University Degree
- 8-10 years of experience with thorough knowledge in Agency Management structure and insurance industry
- Have a strong local network in financial related area will be a plus
KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Good Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Power Point
- Good interpersonal and communication skills including public speaking and presentation skills
