We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to support our CCR teams across different countries with spare parts identification and technical requests related to commercial refrigeration equipment.

 

Whether you are a fresh technical graduate or an experienced technical support professional, this could be a great opportunity to develop your expertise in an international environment.

 

And the good news? Czech language skills are not required!

Responsibilities

• Handle technical support tickets submitted by CCR entities across different countries.

• Identify the correct spare parts using 2D technical drawings and product documentation.

• Support technical requests related to refrigeration cabinet refurbishment and rebuilding.

• Help define spare parts kits and assembly groups.

• Cooperate with R&D teams to clarify technical questions and identify suitable replacement parts.

• Contribute to improvements in technical support processes, documentation, and quality.

• Participate in ongoing technical projects and collaborate with international colleagues.

Qualifications

We welcome candidates from either of these backgrounds:

• Technical graduates: A completed technical education (secondary school, vocational qualification, or university degree) in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or manufacturing technology. Fresh graduates are welcome!

OR

• Experienced professionals: At least 3 years of relevant technical support experience, ideally in manufacturing, industrial equipment, machinery, or a similar technical environment.

In addition, you should have:

• The ability to read and interpret 2D technical drawings.

• Good written English for communication with international colleagues and handling technical tickets.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Czech language skills are not required.

Experience with spare parts identification, technical documentation, or refrigeration equipment is an advantage, but not essential.

Important: During the first 3 months, you will work 5 days per week on-site in Beroun for training and onboarding. After that, you can follow the hybrid arrangement from Prague. Beroun or Mýto.
