Location: Richmond, VA

Starting Pay: $36/hr; higher pay available depending on experience
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Railcar Repair Supervisor to oversee railcar maintenance, repair, welding, and fabrication activities in Richmond, VA.
This role is responsible for maintaining high standards of safety, workmanship, and operational efficiency while supporting field and shop operations. The ideal candidate has strong technical welding and fabrication skills, knowledge of freight railcar components, and the ability to lead teams in a demanding work environment.
This position requires flexibility and availability for emergency assignments, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
