Key Job Accountabilities:
- Dual-Track Learning & Support: Assists senior engineers in developing and validating basic test solutions, with cross-functional training across both ICT (component/bed-of-nails) and FCT (functional/system-level) domains.
- HW & SW Debugging: Utilizes lab instruments (multimeters, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers) and software diagnostics to isolate and troubleshoot fundamental hardware and software defects in test fixtures or PCBA designs.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Applies basic problem-solving techniques to identify failure mechanisms during prototype and production testing.
- Basic Electronic Design: Assists in reading schematics, interpreting component datasheets, and contributing to basic circuit design, modifications, or test fixture breadboarding.
- Process Execution & Documentation: Executes assigned tasks following standard engineering and quality procedures; helps maintain accurate project documentation and revision logs.
