Senior Analyst - Global Payables

Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Senior Analyst - Global Payables.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year.

## What you’ll do:

We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst Global Payables. This position can be based at any Eaton site within the continental US with hybrid work available. If candidate is not located within a 50 mile radius of an Eaton site remote work will be considered within the continental US.

Position Overview:

The role supports the Global Payables processes and procedures for Eaton's Oracle or SAP based systems. This role will be a fundamental project team member, which will help achieve the successful implementations of the approved project pipeline for the Global Payables workstream annually.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with various functions across Eaton to implement Global Payables projects to ensure timely execution based on approved project plans.
• Lead the execution of the supplier add/change, AP invoice processing, and Supplier payment processes for key projects.
• Serve as a Global Payables subject matter expert to ensure projects have incorporated Eaton’s AP best practices and are compliant to Eaton’s accounting policies.
• Conduct Global Payables training and provide ongoing support post project go-live.
• Complete and/or coordinate upgrade testing for various Global Payables applications.
• Document and share best practices and lessons learned related to Global Payables projects.
• Develop process knowledge as it relates to Global Payables applications.
• Support organization change management activities associated with project implementations.
• Identify and implement AP process improvement initiatives geared toward improving the overall on-time payment metrics.

## Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum of 3 years working in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting or executing projects, implementations, or process improvement initiatives, including coordinating activities, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
