About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and research-oriented individual to join our team as a Market Research Associate.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and a keen interest in market trends, mobile applications, and the gaming industry. The role involves conducting market research, analyzing competitors, identifying emerging trends, and exploring opportunities to improve the visibility and performance of our mobile games across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, emerging opportunities, and user preferences in the mobile gaming industry.

• Research and analyze competitor games, including their features, positioning, presentation, and market performance.

• Identify relevant search terms, keywords, and trends to understand user search behavior and improve game discoverability.

• Monitor competitor rankings, game visibility, and performance across mobile application marketplaces.

• Assist in researching and improving game titles, descriptions, metadata, and store presentation.

• Conduct competitor benchmarking and prepare research reports with actionable insights.

• Identify opportunities to improve organic reach, game visibility, and audience acquisition.

• Track market developments and provide recommendations based on research findings.

• Collaborate with internal teams to support game publishing and growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media Sciences, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Confident personality with the ability to communicate and present ideas effectively.

• Good attention to detail and the ability to interpret market information.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and explore new trends.

• Interest in mobile applications, gaming, and digital platforms will be an advantage.
