- Develop and analyse Ecommerce Operations KPIs, identifying key performance and cost drivers and helping scale reporting across markets.
- Monitor Global D&L Capex spending, consolidating forecasts and supporting analysis of investment and cost-efficiency opportunities.
- Build, update and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, helping automate and improve existing reporting processes.
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing reports and underlying data models.
- Use AI tools to drive efficiency and automation across reporting, analysis and planning workflows.
- Take on ad hoc analysis and solve business questions where the answer or approach may not always be immediately clear.
About You
- Hands-on experience in FP&A, financial reporting, operational finance or business analytics, with exposure to BI/reporting
- Experience working with financial and operational data, ideally including budget management, forecasting and month/quarter-end close
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools, DAX and Power Query, plus a solid understanding of relational databases
- A track record of turning manual, Excel-based reporting into scalable, automated BI solutions
- Comfort using AI tools such as Copilot to support coding, automation or analysis
- Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills, with the determination to investigate problems and find practical solutions
- Curious, eager to learn and always looking for ways to improve how things work
- A collaborative team player who can communicate findings and solutions clearly
- A degree in Finance, Data Science, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal English
Additional experience that would be a plus:
- Experience in FMCG, eCommerce, logistics or similar operational environments
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and other BI/reporting tools
- Experience in consulting or another highly analytical environment
