The Customer Service Representative I will make outbound telephone calls for the purpose of assisting people with scheduling their annual in home health visit.

Job Details:

• Schedules will be Monday through Friday from 7am-8pm
• Outbound calling to assist people with scheduling in home annual visits.
• Customer Service and Empathy are Essential!
• Onsite Office Environment
• $15.00 per hour

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Appointment Setting experience preferred, but not required
• Basic Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Previous experience working and entering information into systems
