On behalf of our client, an international leader in metal sheet production, we are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join their team. The ideal candidate will combine HR administration with accounting support and work accurately in a fast-paced production environment.

Location: Petrovec 

Key Responsibilities

HR Administration

• Managing and updating employee files
• Preparing and following up on employment contracts and contract addenda
• Handling administration for new hires and employee departures
• Collecting and preparing information for monthly payroll
• Monitoring working hours, absences, sick leave and holidays
• Supporting recruitment and onboarding of new employees
• Following up on medical examinations and legal HR requirements
• Acting as a point of contact for employees on HR-related questions

Accounting Support

• Processing and checking purchase and sales invoices
• Entering and filing accounting documents
• Managing supplier and customer administration
• Supporting payment processing and payment follow-up
• Checking and processing expense reports
• Preparing documents for accounting and financial reporting

Requirements

• Education or experience in HR, accounting or administration
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Accurate, independent and discreet
• Good command of Macedonian; English is preferred
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and HR software (e.g. Officient) is an advantage
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
