POSITION DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the Sr. Operations Manager, the Assembler is responsible for assembling components based on engineering and quality standards and that satisfy our customer’s requirements. Working in tandem with the Machine Operators the Assembler will ensure proper production levels are met, while always maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. **This position will report to our La Porte, Indiana site**
RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform day-to-day operational production assembly tasks, such as building conveyor rollers in preparation for further processing
- Work cross-functionally with other assembly stations
- Assist with basic machine operating functions
- Stocking and moving material correctly throughout the department
- Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- 1+ year of warehouse or assembly work experience
- Ability to lift, push & pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to use basic hand tools
