Texas Tissue Converting is hiring a Material Handler to support production and warehouse operations. In this role, you will move raw materials to production lines, transport finished pallets to the warehouse, and help maintain safe, organized, and efficient work areas.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a forklift to move raw materials and finished goods.

• Remove finished pallets from production lines promptly to keep production moving.

• Scan pallets into the ERP system and ensure accurate inventory tracking.

• Inspect finished pallets for damage, open packages, and defects.

• Separate unacceptable products and report quality concerns to leadership.

• Operate and monitor stretch wrappers and labelers, replacing labels and threading wrapper film as needed.

• Complete daily forklift inspections and safely replace propane tanks.

• Maintain clean and organized palletizing, packaging, and warehouse areas.

• Assist shipping and receiving with dock activities as needed.

• Follow company safety policies, forklift procedures, and applicable lockout/tagout requirements.

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 2+ years of forklift operating experience.

• Ability to complete TTC forklift certification before operating equipment internally.

• Ability to operate a forklift for extended periods, up to 12 hours.

• Strong attention to detail and accurate counting and inventory skills.

• Basic computer skills and ability to operate scanners.

• Good math, reading, and communication skills.

• Sound judgment and ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Dependable attendance and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

This position involves extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, and forklift operation; occasional lifting up to 20 pounds; and pushing, pulling, twisting, climbing, reaching, and repetitive movements. Work takes place in a manufacturing and warehouse environment with exposure to machinery, dust, noise, humidity, and temperature changes.
