Position Summary

As a Product Manager – Platform Services, you will help build the next generation of platform services that power Concentrix’s global customer experience ecosystem. You will define and drive product strategy for two platform products, shaping roadmaps across identity, data management, and shared services. This role is ideal for a pragmatic, collaborative product professional who can translate complex platform needs into clear priorities and meaningful business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy for two platform products within the identity, data management, and shared services ecosystem.
• Own and evolve the product roadmap and backlog for IAM, data management, and shared services products.
• Define, refine, and prioritize product requirements in partnership with design and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with development teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable platform capabilities.
• Support alignment across products and domains on APIs, data standards, shared tools, and platform practices.
• Advance data governance and internal analytics within the platform ecosystem.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear priorities, user stories, product decisions, and stakeholder communications.
• Partner with global, cross-functional stakeholders to drive outcomes, remove ambiguity, and enable continuous improvement.

 

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of product management experience, ideally in a mid- to senior-level product role.
• Solid understanding of platform or data products.
• Experience with CIAM, APIs, or data pipelines is a strong plus.
• Comfortable working with APIs, data models, and cloud-based architectures.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to simplify complexity and communicate clearly.
• Experience collaborating with global, cross-functional teams including engineering, design, product, and business stakeholders.
• Curiosity, pragmatism, and a bias for action.

Ability to balance strategic roadmap planning with hands-on backlog ownership and delivery execution
