ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Group VP Finance-Global Operations, the role aims to drive performance measurement and continuous improvement across functions globally.

Partnering with global and regional IBP, Operations and Finance teams, you will manage the governance and analysis of cross functional KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to enhance productivity, cost efficiency and performance

.

WHAT YOU WILL DO   

KPI governance & harmonization

• Drive the harmonization and governance of KPI definitions, calculations and reporting standards across regions, ensuring data accuracy, reporting consistency and compliance with global standards.
• Maintain KPI documentation, the metrics handbook and the integrity of the Operations Power BI reporting platform.

Performance analytics & insights

• Analyse performance trends and business drivers across regions.
• Lead cross-regional benchmarking of manufacturing, supply chain and IBP metrics, identifying improvement opportunities and facilitating the replication of best practices.

Operations savings tracking

• Consolidate, monitor and analyse global Operations savings initiatives, providing visibility on performance, variances and forecasts while ensuring compliance with agreed methodologies.

Leadership reporting

• Coordinate the monthly Operations Functional Review process.

Change management

• Promote a performance-driven culture and influence stakeholders to adopt harmonized processes, analytics-driven decision-making and best practices across regions.

The role is primarily based at our global headquarters in Brussels, with the flexibility to be located at one of the key Aliaxis offices, subject to approval from HR and the Hiring Manager.  

ABOUT YOU

The key requirements for the role can be summarized as follows:

• Relevant experience in Manufacturing Finance, Operations Controlling, Supply Chain Finance, Performance Management, or a similar operational environment.
• Strong finance acumen within manufacturing and operations, with hands-on experience of metrics such as forecast accuracy, bias, scrap, overweight, OTIF, or other productivity KPIs.
• Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions, understand underlying business drivers and interpret local operational specificities.
• Good understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, procurement and operational excellence processes.
• Experience in KPI harmonization, benchmarking and performance improvement initiatives.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders across functions, geographies and remote teams within an international matrix environment.
• Exposure to Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes is an advantage.
