Location: Columbia, MO (in-office)
Pay: $20 - $25 per hour (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing, editing, and proofreading reports, legal documents, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents.
- Maintaining company records, databases, and filing systems to ensure information is accurate, organized, and accessible.
- Coordinating communication between the CEO, team members, clients, and business partners, including answering calls, managing inquiries, and ensuring requests are handled promptly.
- Maintaining the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, tracking commitments, reminders, and deadlines, and coordinating occasional travel arrangements when needed.
- Assisting with real estate transactions by preparing contracts and related documents, coordinating with clients, agents, lenders, title companies, and monitoring transaction deadlines.
- Supporting sales and prospecting efforts through lead research, property research, and maintaining organized lead records.
- Assisting with special projects, event coordination, and other administrative responsibilities as assigned.
- At least three years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role supporting management or senior leadership.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with accuracy.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong documentation, note-taking, and record-keeping skills.
- Experience in a real estate, legal, or other transaction-based administrative environment is strongly preferred.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
