Description
Essential Job Duties
- Perform precision assembly of product components to meet customer standards.
- Interpret manufacturing instructions to ensure accurate builds.
- Perform in‑process testing and quality checks to verify product compliance.
- Record production data per regulatory and company requirements.
- Use small tools and fixtures such as, but not limited to automation machines, welders, manual presses , and measurement equipment.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards within the assembly environment.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and support additional manufacturing tasks as needed
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 0-2 years of experience in assembly environments
- Ability to read and follow work instruction documents
- Manual dexterity and ability to work with small components
- Extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and light lifting (up to ~40 lbs).
- Ability to safely navigate a manufacturing environment and use tools/equipment
Expected Compensation Range: Hourly, non-exempt- $17-$21
