Drybar Sarasota is on the hunt for an experienced, outgoing, and customer-obsessed Front Desk Coordinator to join our team as a Bartender (our signature Drybar term for our front desk and sales team).

💛 What You'll Be Doing:

• Master the Book: Efficiently manage appointment schedules, maximize stylist booking capacity, and handle walk-ins or cancellations smoothly to maintain shop flow.

• Set the Tone: Act as the first and last impression—greeting every client with genuine warmth and high-touch hospitality.

• Drive Revenue: Educate clients on membership benefits, service add-ons, and styling products by matching them with each guest’s unique needs.

• Flawless Execution: Handle smooth check-in/check-out processes, accurately manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions, and maintain a pristine front desk area.

• Support the Shop: Help maintain overall shop cleanliness and organization, ensuring every client's visit is memorable and seamless.

🌟 You’re a Perfect Fit If You:

• Have Experience: 1–2+ years of experience in a salon, spa, high-end retail, or hospitality front desk environment (highly preferred).

• Are a Scheduling Pro: You understand how to manage a busy appointment book and resolve timing conflicts on the fly.

• Are Tech-Savvy: Confident using point-of-sale systems and salon management software (experience with platforms like Zenoti, Mindbody, Boulevard, or Millennium is a major plus!).

• Have a Sales Mindset: You are goal-oriented and genuinely love sharing product knowledge and selling memberships.

• Multitask with Ease: You stay calm, cool, and professional under pressure in a bustling environment.

• Are Reliable & Available: Must be 18 or older, comfortable standing for 6–8 hour shifts, and available to work weekends.
