Job description: Export Sales Manager (m/f/d) for industrial compressors
Company: Tolpec GmbH
Location: Wendlingen (Germany) or remote
Reporting structure: Reports to Head of Sales
Working hours: Full-time
Your responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the international sales of industrial compressors
- Implementation of export sales strategy, development of new markets and increase of global market presence
- Establishing and maintaining of long-term customer relationships, as well as supporting existing customers and sales partners in defined markets
- Conducting market analyses and identifying new business opportunities in international target markets
- Responsibility to fulfill the turnover and sales targets
- Negotiating contracts, pricing strategies and delivery terms with international customers and partners
- Working closely with internal departments such as production, logistics and marketing to optimise processes
Your profile:
- A successfully completed degree in industrial engineering, business administration, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years’ experience (at least 5) in the international sales of industrial compressors (essential)
- Experience with main applications within comressed air industry (essential)
- A proven track record of success in developing and implementing of international sales strategy within the compressed air industry
- Fluent in German and English; knowledge of other foreign languages would be an advantage
- Strong intercultural skills and experience of working with international business partners
- A strong communicator with assertiveness and strong customer focus
- Willingness to travel on international business trips
