Gerenciar projetos de desenvolvimento de novos produtos , trabalhando em conjunto com as áreas pares do negócio com o objetivo de entregar a inovação no tempo, custo e de acordo com as especificação do projeto.What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?
1) Desenvolver, implementar e controlar adequadamente o cronograma de projetos de inovação da categoria de produtos assignada.
2) Divulgar informações relevantes para cada projeto entre os departamentos envolvidos no processo alertando para possíveis descumprimentos das datas estabelecidas.
3) Sugerir alternativas para atrasos do projeto quando houver, bem como negociar SLA (Service level Agreement) com as áreas se e quando necessário.
4) Compartilhar background e propor melhorias no processo e suporte a outras áreas para melhoria continua das atividades que impactam no desenvolvimento de produtos.
5) Fornecer treinamentos para preparar os novos funcionários para as rotinas e demandas da área.
6) Trabalhar com alto grau de autonomia e como um forte membro da equipe com um papel perceptível de facilitador e/ou conciliador.
8) Observar e cumprir as políticas, normas, procedimentos e diretrizes existentes na área, por meio da observação de documentos e especificações técnicas.
