Why can’t we deliver from a GIDC location? Italian language is mandatory and employee is client facing
Why can’t we deliver at a lower job level?
We need employees with strong technical competencies on Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Generative AI solutions. It is not possible to use employees with lower seniority than Manager
Strong Public Sector competencies needed
Why can’t we absorb with the existing team / HC? Have we completed Availability Check? Do we have the skills available among tenured resources eligible for rotation or migration, automation, low billability pools?
Current team can't absorb new tasks, because Workforce is working at maximum level of productivity. All Analytics Italian employees are allocated, so there are not available resources to use for new activities
