As a Junior Technical Analyst, you'll transform raw data into actionable insights using industry-standard tools like Tableau and Excel. You'll develop dashboards, maintain scorecards, and support strategic reporting initiatives that directly impact leadership decision-making across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain analytics dashboards tracking operational performance across business areas using Tableau and Excel
• Deliver recurring reports including weekly Wealth Operations performance metrics and quarterly Client Scorecards
• Build ad hoc analytics solutions for diverse needs—from workforce forecasting to bot performance tracking
• Support compliance initiatives through Excel and Power Query development
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine reports and ensure business alignment
• Optimize processes by identifying and implementing continuous improvements
•  As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only as the position reports to a unilingual English-speaking manager outside Quebec.

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for. The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.

Eligible Sun Life employees for various Campus Graduate programs will also participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance
