The Opportunity:
This is an assignment based, part-time on call role with IST Management Services, performing office services work at a law firm in downtown Worcester. The workload would be 8-30 hours per week with the minimum assignment length being at least 6 hours. Business professional dress code.
Hourly Compensation: $18.00- $20.00 USD
Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing office services and administrative support to site location in Worcester, MA
- Mailroom services- scanning/sorting/delivery of mail and packages throughout campus to appropriate client personnel
- Front desk reception coverage including answering phones and directing calls
- Training as necessary
- Adhere to all safety procedures
- Tasks as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to prioritize and multitask/willingness to cross-train for other job functions
- Computer and Internet savvy
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment/ability to meet employer's attendance policy
- A valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to lift 50lbs
