Pay Range:

$82,400.14-$103,000.17

Provide Quality Oversight, Reporting and Remediation for technical solutions developed by MIS to support InCK and BAHN HH programs. Support daily file exchange with NYS DOH MAPP.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's preferred.
• 5 years of experience in a data quality-focused role with process quality exposure (or M.S. and 3 years of experience in a similar role)

Technical:

• • Solid understanding of complex relational data structures 
• • Solid proficiency in SQL.  Ability to write complex queries against multiple large tables.  
• • Ability to understand complex operational workflows and the associated data flows
• • Working knowledge of quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods and best practices

General:

• • Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• • Outstanding attention to detail
• • Good understanding of SDLC
• • Healthcare experience is strongly preferred
• • Experience with NYS Medicaid programs and policies is a big plus
