THE JOB:
Be the voice behind the experience! As a PBX Communication Operator at MGM National Harbor, you'll be the first connection guests make when they need assistance, information, or support. If you love helping people, solving problems, and creating memorable guest experiences, this is your chance to be at the center of it all.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Answer incoming calls and connect guests with the appropriate departments and team members
Assist guests with questions about the property, amenities, events, and local attractions
Transfer calls to hotel staff and approved mobile devices as needed
Dispatch service requests to the appropriate departments
Log and report telephone issues and assist with emergency repair calls when necessary
Resolve guest concerns within your scope of authority and escalate issues when needed
Maintain accurate records and ensure confidential information is handled appropriately
Deliver exceptional service with every guest interaction
Support a fast-paced operation while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
At least 18 years of age
1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is:
$18.21
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
