Amado Trucking, Inc. is currently searching for motivated individuals to join our Nogales
Terminal team. The desired candidates should have prior experience in the transportation industry. As a Transportation Dispatch Jr you will ensure operational excellence by supporting our customers information needs as well as coordinating local pickup and delivery drivers.

Responsibilities & duties for this position
- Managing and tracking multiple customers and their cargo.
- Data input and transactions on computer systems.
- Tracking, tracing, and updating the status of shipments on a daily basis.
- Providing customer service via email and telephone correspondence to address customer questions and concerns.
- Troubleshooting and clearing logistics problems.
- Checking ocean container availability & status w/ steamship lines and terminals.
- Coordinating and communicating with outside logistics agents including customs brokers, carriers and drivers.

Qualifications
- 2-3 years of proven industry experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Excellent listening and analytical skills.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Strong and proven computer skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, organize, and manage time effectively.
- Previous experiences in logistics, cargo management, supply chain, customer service, dispatcher, warehouse, logistics specialist, administrative assistant, data entry, transportation and ocean cargo logistics are preferred.
