Hayward Gardens Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team!
Position Details
Position: Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Location: Hayward Gardens Post Acute
Pay: $48–$52 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time

Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, and overall functional independence.
Accurately document patient progress and treatment plans.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.
Maintain a safe, supportive, and positive environment for residents.
Qualifications
Current California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience is preferred but not required.
Passion for delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
