Position Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect returned products from customers, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of all returned items.
- Evaluate the condition of returned products, determine the reason for return, and decide on appropriate actions such as repair, replacement, refund, or disposal.
- Perform repairs and refurbishments on returned products as needed, following established guidelines and procedures.
- Manage inventory of returned products, ensuring accurate tracking, storage, and availability of items.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and guidelines for the safe disposal or recycling of products that cannot be repaired or sold.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring the proper handling and storage of returned products.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including quality control standards and safety guidelines.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in reverse logistics.
