Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business and sales objectives.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of approximately 20 digital marketing professionals, including performance marketers, SEO specialists, content creators, social media managers, designers, and CRM executives.

• Drive qualified lead generation across multiple real estate projects through paid and organic digital channels.

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

• Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI through data-driven decision-making.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, CRM, Branding, and Project teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

• Oversee SEO, SEM, website optimization, landing pages, content marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation initiatives.

• Monitor campaign performance, customer acquisition cost (CAC), cost per lead (CPL), return on ad spend (ROAS), and other key performance indicators.

• Implement attribution models and analytics frameworks using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM dashboards.

• Work with agencies, media partners, technology vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution.

• Build strong remarketing, lead nurturing, and customer engagement strategies.

• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, AI tools, and emerging technologies relevant to the real estate industry.

• Ensure compliance with advertising guidelines, privacy regulations, and brand standards.
