For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 3+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Application Security, DevSecOps
- Proficiency in application security tooling including SAST, SCA, DAST, container image scanning, IaC scanning, and secrets detection across the full software development lifecycle.
- Deep knowledge of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities, with demonstrated ability to perform vulnerability analysis, prioritize findings, and drive remediation.
- Ability to reduce noise in security pipelines through false positive identification, tuning, and optimization of scanning tools to improve signal quality.
- Proven leadership in application security initiatives, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams, influence secure-by-design decisions, and manage end-of-support lifecycle planning.
- Fluency in English (B2)
- Fluency in French is a plus
- Availability for Hybrid model 2 times a week (based in Lisbon)
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
