Position Overview
The Assistant Manager – Marketing will support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and strengthen the company's digital presence. This role works closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to implement marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and monitor performance while contributing to the organization's overall marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to develop marketing content and promotional materials.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key marketing metrics, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Support website content updates and ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Assist in managing marketing budgets and optimizing campaign ROI.
- Coordinate marketing events, webinars, promotional activities, and brand-building initiatives.
- Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Support the Marketing Manager in mentoring junior team members and ensuring timely execution of marketing projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7–9 years of experience in marketing
- Experience in international marketing or working with global clients will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation tools is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, or other relevant digital marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
