PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Ensure every requirement listed in AP procedures, safety standards, BSP activities, driver handbook and related local regulations are followed by all employees in SC/LC/CP plant Distribution team.確保SC/LC/CP場站的所有運輸團隊成員有遵守列示在AP程序, 安全標準書, BSP活動, 司機手冊及相關當地法規的規定。
2. Implement VCR (vehicle condition reports) and DOR (driver observation reports) to improve vehicle reliability and customer site conditions quickly and effectively. 執行VCR(車輛檢查報告)以及DOR(司機觀察報告)以快速有效的改善車輛妥善度與客戶站狀況。
3. Collaborate with CSR/TPS team and DST (driver safety trainer) and arrange drivers to attend required training courses. 與CSR/TPS團隊及DST(駕駛安全訓練師) 成員共同安排司機參加必要的訓練課程。
4. Ensure all distribution trip transactions are properly closed in MOBY.確保所有的運輸行程在MOBY中被適當關帳
5. Maintain good relationship and communications with cross functions, e.g. CSR/TPS team & 3PL management team. 與不同的功能單位維持良好的互動及溝通，例如CSR/TPS調度團隊及承攬商管理團隊。
6. Coordinate with CSR/TPS team for vehicle maintenance activities and ensure compliance of vehicle licenses are updated. 與CSR/TPS團隊協調車輛維修活動並且確保車輛執照有依規定更新
7. Participated in monthly 3PL general management/coordination review meetings with 3PL vendors, which covers safety, equipment, resources versus AP requirements and demand. 與承攬運輸公司共同參與每月的承攬商例行管理/協調檢點會議，內容涵蓋安全, 設備, 資源與AP的要求。
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Good knowledge of Distribution operations and fleet maintenance. 良好的運輸作業及車輛維修知識。
2. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functions. 良好的互動技巧及與跨功能單位共同工作的能力
3. Ability to learn quickly on use of SAP and MOBY 快速學習使用SAP 及 MOBY的能力
4. Ability to provide counsel (safety contact) and performance reviews with drivers. 提供輔導(安全接談)及司機表現檢點的能力
