About the job

As an Intern / Junior Analyst, you will contribute to projects that turn data into clear and meaningful insights. You will support the team in delivering high-quality analysis, working across different project stages and learning how to apply structured methodologies. This is a hands-on role designed to help you build confidence, develop your skills, and grow your career in a collaborative and international environment.

 

Job Goals

• Support the delivery of client projects from planning through to final output
• Analyse data and contribute to the development of clear and actionable insights
• Assist in managing timelines and ensuring quality standards are met
• Collaborate with colleagues across teams to deliver consistent outcomes
• Contribute to the preparation of presentations and reports
• Learn and apply structured approaches and tools used within the organisation
• Engage with internal processes and contribute to a positive team environment

Ideal Skills & Capabilities

• Interest in data analysis, research, or a related field
• Confidence working with data and attention to detail
• Clear communication skills in English (additional languages are welcome)
• Ability to work collaboratively and learn in a team environment
• Curiosity and willingness to explore new topics and approaches
