About the Role & Team
The Analyst, Global Cash Management plays a key role in supporting The Walt Disney Company’s global treasury and banking operations. This position offers hands‑on exposure to global cash management, bank account administration, and compliance activities across a complex, multinational organization. You’ll work closely with internal business partners and global banking institutions to help ensure efficient, well‑controlled cash and banking operations that support Disney’s businesses worldwide.
What You Will Do
- Support business units with opening and closing domestic and international bank accounts and maintaining related banking services (Positive Pay, ACH, Wires, Signer Updates, etc.)
- Support Disney’s daily liquidity by managing daily cash (USD and CAD) positioning and payments, ensuring sufficient liquidity is available to cover outgoing payments and excess balances are kept at a minimum
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in a centralized Bank Account Management system (iBAM/Reval)
- Assist with the administration of user access and entitlements for global banking platforms (CashPro, HSBC Net, JP Morgan Access, Wells Fargo CEO, Citi Direct, etc.)
- Leverage technology to continue to automate reporting and analyses to support Treasury operations
- Support key Treasury initiatives such as banking RFPs, system upgrades and implementations, and continuing process improvements and automation
- Act as an internal Treasury resource, providing guidance to business partners and helping to proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and systems
- Support the Treasury department’s regulatory and bank-driven compliance related efforts
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of professional experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct, integrity, and sound judgment in all professional interactions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and across functions while managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- Strong interest and experience with the latest in enterprise technology solutions, including Microsoft CoPilot, Claude, etc
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cash Management and/or Banking Services experience
- Experience with Reval or other Treasury Management Systems
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
The hiring range for this position in Burbank, Ca., is $87,200.00 to $106,400.00per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.Job Posting Segment:
