Specialist SCM

We are seeking highly motivated and analytical individuals to join our Supply Chain Planning team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, global environment where you will help drive supply chain excellence through data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and process optimization. As a Supply Chain Planning Analyst, you will play a critical role in aligning customer requirements with operational capabilities, ensuring efficient planning and execution across the supply chain

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Understand customer product requirements and ensure supply chain plans are aligned to meet business and customer expectations.
• Analyze supply chain data, business trends, and operational challenges to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions.
• Support demand, supply, inventory, and production planning activities through data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Sales to drive business objectives.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and contribute to overall business performance.
• Implement and support supply chain processes, tools, and systems that enable scalable growth and operational excellence.
• Work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and global environment with shared responsibilities across multiple geographies.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support planning and decision-making processes.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• ### Required

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, or a related Science discipline.
• 0–1 year of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, Analytics, or related domains.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries, functions, and cultures.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and adapting to changing business priorities.

### Preferred

• Exposure to enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Familiarity with supply chain planning platforms such as JDA, Blue Yonder, or i2 Technologies.
• Basic knowledge of PL/SQL or database querying concepts.
• Academic or project exposure to Statistics, Operations Research, forecasting, optimization, or supply chain analytics.
• Internship experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning, or Operations.
