Audi Grapevine is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultant to deliver an exceptional luxury automotive buying experience. The Sales Consultant is responsible for developing customer relationships, understanding client needs, presenting Audi vehicles and technologies, conducting product demonstrations, and guiding customers through the sales process from initial contact to delivery.
The ideal candidate is driven, professional, and passionate about providing world-class customer service while achieving individual and dealership sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Build rapport with prospective and existing clients to establish long-term relationships.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify customer preferences, lifestyle requirements, and budget considerations.
- Demonstrate Audi vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and performance capabilities.
- Perform test drives and provide detailed product presentations.
- Maintain expert knowledge of Audi products, competitive vehicles, incentives, and financing options.
- Follow up with leads generated through walk-in traffic, phone inquiries, internet sources, and referrals.
- Utilize CRM tools to document customer interactions and manage follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with the Finance & Insurance team to ensure a seamless purchasing experience.
- Meet or exceed individual sales, customer satisfaction, and dealership performance goals.
- Participate in ongoing product training and manufacturer sales programs.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Audi brand with integrity and excellence.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales, luxury retail, hospitality, or commission-based sales experience.
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
- Knowledge of automotive financing and leasing options.
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
