Required Skills & Qualifications
Preferred: a specialization, degree, or formal qualification in education, teaching, instructional design, or training/learning & development.
Experience with CRM platforms (preference for Salesforce Sales Cloud) and their associated objects, fields, reporting, dashboards, and integrations.
Experience with design and e-learning software (e.g. Adobe Captivate, Synthesia, Articulate 360, Cornerstone LMS/Galaxy)
Experience creating and maintaining training materials in multiple formats (Word, PowerPoint, video, e-learning software).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio or process flow tool.
Proven experience developing and delivering training to audiences ranging from small groups to 200+ participants.
Strong instructional design and presentation skills; ability to translate technical concepts into practical guidance.
Executive presence and communication skills for engaging senior leaders.
Collaborative mindset; ability to work with various business stakeholders to shape learning content for specific personas.
Familiarity with professional services business processes and governance standards preferred.
Preferred Background
5+ years in training, enablement, or related roles.
Experience supporting enterprise CRM (Salesforce preferred) environments.
Track record of driving user adoption and process improvement through training.
