Responsabilidades
- Control diario de temperatura, higiene y sanidad
- Gestión y seguimiento del sistema HACCP
- Auditorías internas y a proveedores
- Manejo de no conformidades y acciones correctivas
- Capacitación de equipos y nuevos ingresos
Requisitos
- Ing. en Alimentos / Lic. en Nutrición — esp. en Seguridad Alimentaria
- Experiencia en entornos industriales, bajo presión
- Liderazgo y negociación
