What You’ll Do:
- Install, service, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues accurately and perform dependable repairs.
- Complete preventative maintenance to maximize system performance and lifespan.
- Respond to emergency service calls with professionalism and urgency.
- Use tablets and digital systems to complete work orders and job documentation.
- Keep your company vehicle organized, stocked, and ready for the day ahead.
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every call.
What We’re Looking For:
- Journeyman Red Seal Certification in Refrigeration/HVAC.
- Valid Gas Fitter License.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable using tablets, apps, and digital dispatch systems.
- Professional attitude with strong communication skills.
