WHAT WE'RE SEEKING
Topgolf is seeking a Receptionist & Office Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact and ambassador for our Dallas Office. This role welcomes visitors, keeps day-to-day office operations running smoothly, and helps plan the events that bring Topgolf's culture to life. The right person delivers exceptional guest service, stays organized under shifting priorities, and takes initiative without needing much direction. This is a highly visible role with a clear path into other functions based on your interests.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Front Desk & Visitor Experience
Welcome all guests: greet internal and external visitors in a friendly, professional manner that reflects Topgolf's Core Values
Serve as an ambassador: act as the go-to information resource for the Dallas Office
Manage security badges: handle badge issuance and access requests for employees and guests
Office Operations & Administration
Own the mailroom: open and distribute incoming mail and packages
Liaise with building management: serve as the point of contact for building management and office operations issues
Maintain office inventory: order office supplies and business cards, and manage additional requests submitted through ServiceNow
Support multiple departments: handle a variety of administrative tasks on request across teams in the Dallas Office
Culture & Events
Help plan office events: support events designed to cultivate the Topgolf culture and bring our Core Values to life
