Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our Finance team. The role is responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, while providing actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and business growth.

This position will be based in Muscat, Oman, and will report to the Finance Manager, Jotun Paints Co LLC Oman.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support management decision-making.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
• Conduct cost analysis and monitor inventory controls to improve profitability.
• Coordinate financial reporting schedules and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
• Support continuous improvement of financial reporting processes, tools, and systems.
• Provide support across finance functions, including accounting, credit control, and ad-hoc financial analysis.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

We are looking for: 

• CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Knowledge of IFRS, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• This position is open to Omani nationals only.
