Job Summary:
Industrial Security Specialist L3
Salary: $110,000 to $120,000 DOE
Tutulu LLC is looking for an enthusiastic, well-qualified individual to fill the Industrial Security Specialist L3 position. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse and talented group of individuals committed to driving success.
This position will establish and execute the Space Rapid Capabilities Office (SpRCO) industrial security program as directed by the SpRCO government security director and branch chief. This specialist will provide cradle to grave management of industrial security requirements for SpRCO contracts to include prime, sub-, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) and no-cost contracts at all classification levels and scope, while supporting future business strategies and program assignments.
Requirements
Skills/Experience Required:
- Active Top-Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility10+ years of relevant Department of Defense (DoD) work experience.
- 4+ years experience in SAP/SCI environment and/or SCI environment within the last five years. May be required to consent to and successfully complete a Government Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph.
- Experience working on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performing all functional duties independently.
- Experience coordinating with and advising program managers, contracting, and program security officer on security requirements to ensure they are addressed, accurately captured, and DD254s are staffed and signed by applicable authorities.
- Experience tracking and maintaining accurate files of industry partner documentation.
- Ability to provide guidance, as coordinated with SpRCO government authority, to industry in obtaining and maintaining facility clearances.
- Experience working within NISS researching facility information and creating reports for Facility Clearance Level / Level of Safeguarding.
- Ability to track and manage SpRCO sponsored SCI courtesy indoctrination authority requests per facility and coordinate with the SSO for review and site visit. Ability to serve as the SpRCO subject matter expert for Industrial Security policies and regulations.
- Ability to coordinate with Department of the Air Force personnel on industrial security program compliance, retention, record keeping, and inspections.
- Must be Familiar with DoD Security Policy guidance and standards (i.e DoDM 5200.01, Vol 1-3, DoDM 5105.21 Vol 1-3, DoDM 5205.07 vol 1-4, ICD 705-02 etc.)
- The ideal candidate will have a background in Industrial Security in roles supporting the DoD.
Education/Certifications:
• Master of Arts/Master of Science/Master of Engineering degree, equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of education equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of education

Security Clearance:
Must be a U.S. Citizen. A high-level Department of Defense active security clearance may be required. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to government information.
Physical Requirements:
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen. The candidate must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner and that may include lifting to thirty pounds, as necessary.
Occasional operation of a government vehicle as required.
