ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly motivated marketing professional to support the growth of our Pest Control portfolio, including Raid, Fuyi, and Baygon. Reporting to the Pest Control Brand Manager, this role will play a key role in driving brand performance, executing commercial strategies, and delivering impactful consumer-focused initiatives across the portfolio.
The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking, business acumen, and execution capabilities to support innovation, communication, and business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, consumer insights, and category performance to identify growth opportunities.
Monitor brand and business KPIs, providing actionable recommendations to improve performance.
Support the development and execution of integrated communication and commercialization plans.
Help the brand manager coordinate new product launches, including cross-functional project management and go-to-market execution.
Track campaign effectiveness and post-launch performance to optimize future activities.
Support business planning processes and forecasting
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
Advanced English (written and verbal).
Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Trade Marketing, Category Management, or Commercial roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Solid business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
