Are you ready to shape the future of Service as a true growth engine across a diverse and fast evolving region? As Service Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming Service into a strategic commercial driver, unlocking new revenue streams and elevating customer partnerships across CEE and MENAT. This is a high impact role for someone who thrives in complexity, influences across boundaries, and turns strategy into tangible results.
What will you be doing?
In this role, you will be at the centre of a transformation journey, working across markets to position Service as a core contributor to business growth. You will partner closely with Commercial, Marketing, and Service teams to identify opportunities within the installed base, convert them into sustainable revenue, and build a strong service pipeline.
You will lead the execution of regional service growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader EMEA strategy while navigating the unique dynamics of multiple markets. From strengthening contract penetration to scaling value added service offerings, your work will directly influence how Service supports customer outcomes and business performance. Along the way, you will engage and enable stakeholders, driving a mindset shift that redefines Service from a cost centre into a powerful growth driver.
What will you need to be successful?
Success in this role comes from your ability to combine strategic thinking with hands on execution while building strong partnerships across a complex and diverse organisation. You will be comfortable operating in ambiguity, influencing without authority, and translating opportunity into measurable commercial outcomes.
You will:
- Bring significant experience within the medical devices industry with a strong track record of driving service revenue growth, lifecycle monetization, or commercial transformation initiatives
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities within the installed base and convert them into sustainable revenue streams
- Be highly effective at influencing senior stakeholders and sales organisations, driving a mindset shift from service as a cost centre to a strategic growth driver
- Show proven ability to operate across multi country or regional environments, navigating complexity while maintaining focus on delivery and results
- Be a data driven decision maker, capable of building business cases, interpreting performance metrics, and translating insights into actionable plans
- Have strong execution capabilities, with experience in deploying growth initiatives, building pipelines, and ensuring adoption across markets and teams
- Excel in stakeholder collaboration, acting as a connector across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Service teams to drive alignment and impact
The anticipated base compensation range for this position is 228000 PLN - 342000 PLN gross annually.
