Job scope/summary:
The Environmental Health and Safety Specialist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards for our customer base. The main tasks of the role include but are not limited to uploading and following up on documentation related to safety, health, and environmental issues, managing partner accounts, creating contracts, and maintaining records. Act as a service delivery manager for some low touch customers, ensuring that they receive high-quality service and support.
Job specifics/responsibilities:
Ensure that all initial safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards are met by HP and our partners
Upload and manage documentation related to safety, health, and environmental legal requirements for our customer base
Manage partner accounts and create contracts
Maintain records related to safety, health, and environmental compliance
Serve as the primary point of contact for low-touch customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are being met
Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
Key deliverables/accountabilities:
Delivery of projects on time, on budget, meeting specific project objectives and deliverables.
Education (degree) and professional experience required:
Bachelor's degree
3-4 years of experience in customer support
Experience with documentation management and record-keeping
Other requirements:
Fluent English
Fluent Spanish
Other languages knowledge would be an asset
Business acumen
Able to understand global business processes and identify impact of change
Able to apply tools and technology to produce results

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
