WOW Program Highlights

• Work 24 hours each weekend - Saturday and Sunday - 6:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. 

• Get paid for 6 bonus hours → 30 paid hours weekly

Your Role as an LPN

  As an RN Supervisor at CKV, you will:

• Supervise and manage the activities of the nursing team members on the assigned shift.

• Complete nursing rounds daily to evaluate the status of critically ill residents, new admissions and/or transfers.

• Review the daily 24 hour report and collaborating with team members to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, social and spiritual well-being.

• Communicate educational needs to the RN Coordinator.

• Coordinate with other professional team members within the Healthcare Center to assess and provide emergency medical care to CKV villagers in absence of the Residential Health Nurse.

Education & Experience

• Must be licensed as a registered nurse in the State of Pennsylvania.

• Minimum of 5 years professional clinical and progressive management experience.

• Continuing education aligned with state and federal regulations

• Strong critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills

• CPR competency
